Apply for an Internship

About the Internship
Ada Lovelace has been called the world’s first computer programmer. What she did was write the world’s first machine algorithm for an early computing machine that existed only on paper. Of course, someone had to be the first, but Lovelace was a woman, and this was in the 1840s. So if a female was coined as the first computer programmer, why is it that as of 2010-2011, women made up just 17.6% of computer science students?
In an effort to introduce more women into the programming field, Red Branch Development created an internship program for female students interested in pursuing education in the computer science realm.
Ada Lovelace Internship is a semester long program that provides students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a company that builds custom software for local businesses in Chattanooga TN.
